Before that: the U.S. Air Force, where I was one of the first few hundred people in the Cyber Warfare Operations career field, and fifteen years of building and rebuilding security teams. I've been the analyst nobody listened to, the team lead who got frozen out for being too loyal to his people, and the manager who had to ask thirty people already halfway out the door to give me ninety days.
